Now the kids have gone back to school, it can feel like you are back to normality with a bump and whilst September can be a welcome break again for parents, you may have started to want more activity back in your week again.

Equally with no children, the autumn weather has put paid to sunbathing in the garden and tending the flowers!

So to keep you all moving and embracing the great British fresh air, wet or wild, Cambridge Health City Walks are taking a route called the Kings Hedges Walk this Thursday 23rd September.

The Walk starts at 10.30, last between 30-40 minutes and starts at the Corner of Northfield Avenue and Campkin Road and finishes up at the Arbury Community Centre, where you can refresh yourself for a small charge and head home, happy in the knowledge you have given your lungs an airing, ready for whatever the rest of the week may throw at you!
