A brand new cycle route that links Cambridge with Wandlebury Country Park will be opened tomorrow.
Eager local cyclists will be able to pedal off from the official ribbon cutting at 11:30am on Friday 6th August at Babraham Road Park and make their way towards the local beauty spot.
To mark the opening, there will also be free ice creams and cycling goodie bags available at the Park from 1:30pm.
Councillor Mac McGuire from Cambridgeshire County Council's Highways commented: “This new route confirms our commitment to improving safety for cyclists, while reducing congestion and pollution.”
