Presenting the winners of our Business of the year awards 2016

Winning with a staggering 859 verified votes, voted for by their loyal customers, our Winner was (drum roll please)... Barista cafe bars LTD in Bury. Second place went to Mckenzie's restaurant of Lichfield with an amazing 744 verified votes. And coming in a close third was GEO.E Davies of Wolverhampton with 639 verified votes.

IN CAMBRIDGE

1st in Cambridge was (drum-roll...) Cambridge Web Solutions Ltd who have managed to collect 70 verfied reviews from their customers since joining thebestof in September 2015. They also came 2nd in their category in the national level awards.

2nd in Cambridge was Toad's School of Driving, who also came 2nd in their category in the national awards. Sue Papworth heads a remarkable and renowned company that is going from strength to strength.

3rd place went to Mobile Remaps who managed to come 5th in their category for the national awards. A great achievement for a really mobile and useful car servicing business.

4th place went to Cambridge Laptop Repair who have been doing very well in their relatively short time since joining thebestof, clocking up over 20 reviews since December. Yes, they really can repair a laptop or mobile phone in a day!

How it worked:

The customer votes or reviews were counted from March 1st 2015, with businesses needing at least 12 verified reviews to qualify by the 31st of December 2015. The campaign kicked off in earnest at the beginning of January with businesses competing to collect as many additional reviews to the 30th of January 2016, culminating in our announced winners.
