sue is the GREATEST teacher ever and her lessons are really fun. I wouldn't have had anyway near as much fun with anyone else and she really puts a smile on your face. I passed first time with her somehow with only two minors and i really don't think i could have done that with any other teacher. If anyone is reading this that is thinking of learning to drive, i reaaaally reccomend Sue Papworth. She doesn't teach you just how to pass your test, she teachers you how to drive in the real world and will take you to lots of different places. She will talk to you about anything you want as she is a very friendly, out going person so if you need some driving lessons, HAVE SUE! she's great :) so thank you very much and good luck with your teaching

These People are exceptional.Calm patient teachers that help you in every way. I enjoyed every lesson, they dont just teach you to pass like many other companies they teach you to drive safely and confidently. Anyone considering learning to drive please consider these!! AMAZING !

The toad can not be beaten! I would reccomend this school to anyone. Sue is a fantastic teache and a wonderful person.She built my confidence which had been shattered by a bad driving experience. Whilst doing this, she managed to make me laugh and smile...alot! I feel so safe behind a wheel. I looked forward to every lesson and will miss them so much! Sue thankyou!!!!

Since my first driving lesson with Sue, I have never laughed so much in my life. I have the best time in my lessons, and have not only come out with a qualification to drive, but a lifetime experience. Toads Driving School taught me so much, and they don’t just teach you ‘how to pass your test’ but they actually teach you how to drive. It’s been the best experience I have had and I’m so sad to be leaving my lessons with Sue and actually driving on my own!! But I can honestly say every lesson I learnt something new, every lesson I looked forward to, and every lesson was worth while. Sue has taught me the most valuable skill you could ever have – how to drive safely :-) :-), and it was all down to her that I passed my driving test first time. So thank you so much Sue Papworth, and Toads School of Driving!! Laura

Sue made it quick and easy to learn with her fun filled lessons. We always seemed to be laughing about one thing or another. She made sure there was always a very relaxed environment during lessons :)
Sue had several sayings that helped me remember what to do and help me learn fast. I soon got the name parrot, becasue i had memorized her sayings. I will always remember to look out for Little Johnny, and your twins 'left shoulder' & right shoulder' ;) to keep me SAFE.
I remember in one of my lessons and you were describing how you looked for 'safety not profection' and i thought you said 'safety not protection' this is just one of the many laugh's we had.
Thank you also for allowing me to have my friends in the car during my lessons, this helped me become aware of what distractions i would have to face once i had passed my test.
i loved roundabouts when i thought i'd got first and really i had got reverse ;) the car behind loved it. I bet not many learners hit rabbits... i couldnt believe it but you were just like 'thats one less well done becka'
When i got to test, i felt confident that i was able to do it, and all thanks to a brilliant teacher i PASSED first time with 1 minor :)

I was very apprehensive about learning to drive before my first lesson, however Sue put me at ease as soon as I got in her amazing Mini! Not only is she an exceptional teacher but she soon became one of my good friends. She makes each and every lesson so much fun and I came away from each of my lessons feeling more and more confident. Her teaching techniques are very effective but at the same time definitely NOT boring! I would recommend Sue Papworth to anyone as she not only helped me to pass my test first time, but also taught me the skills needed to drive safely for life! Thank you so much Sue!

I was so nervous before I started driving I thought I would be a horrendous driver! But having lessons with Toad School with Louise Carter really boosted my confidence the lessons are always so much fun and I always look forward to them every week!! The lessons are based around what you feel comfortable doing which really increases confidence! Louise is very patient, always on time and a calm instructor, which is really needed! I would really recommend Toad School!

I was very nervous at the start of my first lesson and I was instantly calmed by the friendly tone of Nicola. From the outset she was very calming, relaxed and understanding of my inevitable mistakes. I couldn't ask for a better instructor than Nicola, who is teaching me how to drive safely for life, and I have also gained a great friend. I was unreservedly recommend Toad's School and in particular Nicola to any driving student of any age or gender. Thanks Nicola! Tom M
