Sue is a very patient and knowledgeable trainer. She knows how to tailor the training to the individual be that learning to drive the car or tow a trailer. Sue makes her pupils feel relaxed and comfortable and where there is doubt by the client, Sue instills confidence, which has the effect of bringing a smile to the face of those clients who may have doubts about their own abilities. Sue brings out the best in her pupils and uses their strengths to advantage. She treats all of her clients as if they were one of her own, which in turn strengthens the friendships she makes with those pupils. She is a fabulous trainer who everybody loves.

Sue is a very experienced and motivated award winning driving instructor who is also very patient to the needs of the learner. She will go out of her way to make sure the learner gets the best chance possible to be a competent driver. It's not all about the test with Sue, it's all about becoming a good driver!

I passed my driving test a few months ago, and can't believe how much Sue and Toad's School of Driving have changed my life - the freedom to jump in the car is incredible, and the confidence Sue gave me has been invaluable. Before I started lessons with Sue I never could have imagine myself driving so competently. She takes great care of her students, and even after passing she's offered advice and support. Before i started with Sue at Toad school i dreaded the thought of driving as i had so little confidence in my self and unpleasant experiences with previous teachers. But driving with Sue is a very rewarding albeit demanding experience because she actually teaches you how to drive not just to pass your test with ease, but also safe and responsibly in the real world on your own, building up your confidence and responsibility over time. Make sure to keep that monkey in the cage :)

Sue taught me back in 2010 after I decided to transfer from a different driving school. Sue is an incredible instructor in the way she explains the theory of driving so patiently and makes you feel calm, safe and confident behind the wheel. I have carried such confidence into my driving to this day and am forever thankful to Sue :)
