Sue is great at giving you the confidence and belief to get you through your test. I did my B+E trailer training with sue & not only were the lessons fun, but I was quickly able to get the hang of reversing the trailer with a few simple tips. Don't waste your £ going anywhere else as I highly doubt you will find anyone more dedicated and professional to get you through your test. Sue even gave up her weekends to help me as I couldn't get time off from work during the week.

Sue from Toad's School has taught my daughter to drive and she passed her test today. Sue has been a fantastic instructor and with her help I have seen my daughter's driving grow in confidence and skill. I would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone. Thanks Sue.

Prior to starting my B+E training with Sue I assumed that the whole thing would be easy! It’s just a bit of reversing, right? Wrong! I’ve been driving for 14 years, but with a trailer it was all so much more technically difficult than I could ever have imagined. My first 2 hour lesson with Sue was an eye opener and I quickly realised that I would need many more hours of tuition than I had expected. However, Sue is a patient, calm, open and honest tutor who I was able to quickly build rapport with. She made what at times was an agonisingly frustrating process (i.e. spending over an hour and a half trying to hitch up the trailer for the first time on my own!) actually quite fun! Sue’s experience and teaching skills are second to none. She is particularly great at helping you to feel calm just before the test, giving great tips on how to manage nerves, as well as picking up the pieces when things don’t quite go to plan and making sure you don’t give up! Passing my test was a massive achievement that I’m really proud of and it’s all thanks to Sue. She works tirelessly to ensure her students succeed (working 24/7!!), and makes the process a real team effort. I would absolutely recommend Toad’s School Of Driving!

Just passed my test had the best instructor Sue from Toads school of driving! Had a lovely examiner, lots of challenges including bin lorries, emergency vehicles & a tesco van! Staying calm helped me through! Thank you Toads School of Driving!!

Cannot recommend Toad School of Driving enough. It's difficult to know what to say without echoing all the other positive reviews that have come before mine. Sue and Ben are fantastic. Kind, caring, supportive and extremely dedicated, they are true professionals who do everything in their power to ensure that you are safely equipped for life on the road. My lessons with Toad School of Driving have truly been a pleasure. I passed first time and I shall be sad when they come to an end after my Pass Plus.

Writing this review the very same day i've passed my test. I came to Toad, and more particularly Ben, after having a terrible experience with my previous instructor. Ben however was a totally different experience, friendly, patient, enthusiastic and motivating.
Despite being nearly 40, and finding learning something new quite difficult, i do feel i'm a much better driver now. Previously i was being taught how to pass the test - with Ben i felt like i was being taught how to drive.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Toad, and especially Ben - they both deserve all the plaudits they have received on this page.

Thanks to Sue, I have finally passed my Driving Theory Test! This kind lady helped me for 2 hours in her free time while having a Costa Coffee, testing me on multiple choice questions. Not only does she get you to pass she allows you to understand the answers you are asked. I am a confident driver and without Sue I would be lost! Unlike any other driving instructor you will guaranteed, not have as much fun as you do with a lesson with Sue. She helped my friend and I overcome our fears of roundabouts by going round 17 of them on the way to Hunstanton Beach. Thank you Sue and although our lessons are not up yet I will definitely miss them!

By far the best driving school! I started with Jemma who was absolutely brilliant and pushed me to work hard, and really got the best out of me to begin with and helped me to start building my confidence and courage . Then I had Sue take over and I've never been pushed and challenged as much as I was with Sue..I think you could say a bit pushy and naggy at times, but that's exactly what I needed! She really pushed me to the max and got everything that she could have done out of me. Sue is exceptional and just the kind of person that everybody needs to gain confidence and pass their test! Not to mention she'll make you laugh with her stories and cheeky friends!
