Sue at Toad was a fantastic instructor. sue is friendly, made me feel relaxed and the whole experience has been thoroughly enjoyable. To top it all I passed my test first time. 110% recomended to anyone looking for a driving instructor.

I really loved my lessons with Sue, and will now miss seeing her every week! She was a brilliant driving instructor and with her I passed first time. Even though I would get really nervous when I first started learning she helped to keep me calm and I now feel much more confident and safe driving. I would recommend her to anyone, she’s amazing!

I loved the fact that I could relax. My friends with other driving instructors always talked about how stressful it was. I never got that because you were so friendly and chatty! I also loved that I passed first time but I didn't just get taught to pass the test I got taught how to do every day driving like you do in real life. It means I have adjusted really well to being on my own for the first time :) Emma.

Sue is fantastic!!! I just passed my test on the first try with five minor faults - after three months of instruction. Sue was a rock and a riot all the way through, and she really tailors her teaching to the individual (unlike other driving instructors who will bore you to death and seem to be on autopilot the whole time...). She's a natural teacher, always reliable and cheerful, and gives way more than 100% to each lesson. Plus, the car (a Mini Cooper) is fantastic to drive and easy to learn on. Becky is a star as well - so don't take driving lessons with anyone other than the wonderful women of Toad's!!!

Becki is a great driving instructor. She has a relaxed attitude, and is really easy to talk to. You can always have a laugh and a joke, but she doesn’t allow this to distract you from your learning. She is always aware of what is going on around you; keeping you safe at all times. She will work to the pace at which you feel comfortable and will only book you in for your test when both you and her feel you are ready. I am glad to say, I passed first time, with only 3 minors.
Before your first lesson, you will be given a folder with all the relevant paperwork, where you can keep your paper licence, theory test certificate, and any other documents.
I have really enjoyed my lessons with Becki, and can’t wait to do my Pass Plus with her. I will really miss her when I have completed it, and recommend Becki along with Toad’s School of Driving to anyone who is looking for a kind and friendly female instructor.
