As the years go by it is getting harder and harder to find a unique way to celebrate our wedding anniversary.
I thought a good place to start would be my contacts, of which there are quite a few, but without a clear idea of what we may like to do it proved difficult to find an ideal solution.
It was after an impromptu chat with Debbie from Soul Solutions at a local networking meeting that I decided to book a surprise Pamper Day for us both. Obviously it wasn’t a surprise for me but at least we were half way there and my wife was delighted with my choice.
My Anniversary was on Monday just gone and we arrived at Soul Solutions at 10.30am as arranged. A warm and friendly welcome awaited us and we were introduced to our respective therapists.
My Men’s Hand and Foot Care session was fantastic, as was the very relaxing facial which followed shortly afterwards (I fell sound asleep, that’s how relaxing it was!) Cathy my wife had a reflexology session followed by a Hopi ear candle treatment which really helped with her asthma.
A superb lunch was next on the agenda, sourced from local ingredients, fresh, tasty and served in intimate surroundings with soft lighting and music – very romantic!
We reluctantly dragged ourselves away from lunch to something a little less strenuous, a personal style consultation. Now I am the sharpest dressed man in Canterbury!
We both finished the day with a wonderful full body massage and guess what? I fell asleep again! I haven’t had this much sleep in the day since I was a baby!
All in all we had a fantastic day and would like to congratulate Debbie and her team on creating a first class experience. We will both most definitely recommend Soul Solutions to all of our friends and family.
