I switched our call handling to AnswerMyPhone.biz last year after Delyth convinced me to take a week's free trial. I had been very happy with our existing service up until this point and hadn't thought AMP could be any better. I was wrong! The team answer my calls swiftly and it you can really tell that they have all been sales trained - the service given to my callers is infinitely better than before. AMP take time on each call to get to understand the caller's needs rather than the company we were using before, which just simply took contact details and logged them. Very happy with AMP and would (& have!) recommend them to anybody.

I have used answermyphone for the past year or so, I just wish I'd done it sooner. I run a small business and am just completely relaxed about the team there answering all my calls. It means that I can go and see clients and know that if any new prospect or existing client calls that they will be handled professionally , courteously and in a timely fashion. They have never dropped the ball and I get an occasional call to see if they can improve what they do for us or understand what we do more in order for them to improve their service.
