Wow 1.5% interest rate cut - a brave move from the Bank of England but will it have the desired effect?
There is a lot of doom and gloom around for several industries - construction, housing, car, retail, airlines but how is it for the small business?
Obviously next year is the leap in the unknown but apart from retail and Christmas driven markets the next few months are always quiet for commerce. The key now is how will buisnesses attack the Spring - with confidence or dread for survival. What are your views?
