Last Saturday Kevin & Myself took part in the Ajuda CPR Marathon in aid of the British Heart Foundation
Dawn, the director of Ajuda organised this great event to raise awareness of the charity British Heart Foundation
Different businesses took part in a CPR Marathon in St David's 2 shopping centre in Cardiff where CPR was being demonstrated from 9am to 4pm infront of busy shoppers. There was an area where family could stop by and learn some life saving CPR skills from the team.
It was a great event and I myself now feel confident enough to perform CPR incase I should ever need to.
