Rhosygilwen Mansion is hosting a weekend of arts and culture as ArtAt presents a full programme of sculpture, paintings, crafts and arts as well as film within the beautiful grounds of Rhosygilwen in Rhos Hill, Cilgerran.
There will be workshops on carving stone, blacksmithing alongside learning how to make felt or create a linocut print. If you are so inclined learn how to write a tale in the story telling workshop.
There will be the opportunity to view selected artworks from sculpture to paintings and photography. There will be over 100 works of art on view from both local artists and from further afield but within Wales.
You will be able to meet with John Russsell Taylor and discuss British Film, visit the Film Shed to see the latest in contemporary short film and watch the award winning “Shame” and “Wrong” from the Milan Film Festival.
There is also plenty for children to do from workshops in creative dance and making jewellery, dolls and string characters from scrap materials.
