"Local MP cycles to work!"
Nothing special about that, I hear you say, except that in this case it's 440 miles!
John Stevenson, MP for Carlisle pledged to cycle to The Houses Of Parliament were he to be successful in his election bid in the May General Election.
He was - and now he is!
In the company of The Best Of Carlisle Business Member, Colin Jones of CBJ Electrical Services and their team, this ride will be raising funds for Eden Valley Hospice.
So far, just over £8500 has been raised, and if you'd like to pledge your support, you have until 25th October to do so
