Along with the news of the Queen having a Facebook page (150,000) page views on the first day, I came across a humorous take on Facebook's ageing demographic, recently - an article from Time Magazine, which beneath the humour does have some serious points to make.
No longer are Social Media platforms the sole preserve of your kids. The rise and rise of Facebook Twitter, and Youtube now puts them on the radar of anyone wanting to send a message to the masses. Governments, armed services, corporate marketers - what is now very clear is that with Social Media now the single largest activity on the internet today, even us old fogies need to be taking it very seriously.
