Trefor, Melvin and Gavin truly offer a 5 star service. I cannot fault their professionalism and their ability to make a potentially stressful situation much more manageable. After a tense few days waiting to exchange contracts, Balch chased solicitors, kept everyone in the loop and I'm happy to say that today we finally sealed the deal. I would not hesitate to use Balch again should I ever be in a position to sell!

Huge thank you to Mike Bacon at Balgores! I’ve never left a review in my life and felt the need to on this occasion for a number of reasons.
Mike has gone above and beyond in helping secure the right tenant for my property, given my initial worries on letting the property. He takes great care and pride in his work, shows enthusiasm, has the right attitude and has an abundance of knowledge. An experience I find extremely rare in the market today.
During marketing, Mike ensured I was kept up to date at all times. His feedback and advice has been extremely reassuring and faultless - an agent who is passionate in his field and deserves the recongnition.
I have every faith that Balgores and team will take great care of my property from a letting perspective, trust is a must these days, especially if you’re the unlucky few like myself who have been through awful experiences with sales agents! I have been using Balgores now for around 2 years in relation to the management of some properties. I would particularly like to commend ‘Jade’ who in my opinion has been outstanding in the service and commitment she shows in the role she undertakes on behalf of Balgores.
