Had the best Christmas lunch here. After a few horrible disastrous Christmas lunches in previous years decided after eating at restaurant before and family recommendation to have our lunch here. So glad we did. Excellent food..wonderful staff nothing to much trouble and great atmosphere. 12 of us and ran so smoothy...no rush..so relaxed.My daughter said fish soup was wonderful and the panacotta was best I've ever had. Well done guys..had the best day . 5 stars highly recommended.

Had a bunch of hungry friends visit me in Chelmsford to eat here.
Anyone thinking of having the fillet steak, it was to die for. Had mine cooked medium to well, with a gorgeous amount of Docelatte cheese sauce. I mopped that up in no time with my fries, good chips too. So friends had Crab and prawn linguine with cherry tomatoes 👏, huge pizza 👏 and the duck breast from the menu 👏.
Scrumptious and clean plates from all of us!
Funny and friendly guys serving us at this Italian, such good banter - great atmosphere, made our night super fun, so thanks!

Sooo... me and my friends loved it. Most of the bad reviews say about it being dirty, but this wasn't the case so I'm guessing that they have had a bit of a makeover since.
The entrance and the stairs up are dirty, damp and unappealing- however when you actually enter the backyard golf area its very nice. the bar area was cool and the bartender was very nice.
another thing people moan about is the lack of space, however that is kind of the point and part of the fun. this golf is clearly meant for squeezing through tight gaps with huge cool props everywhere making it more difficult.
