Balgores Chelmsford were great in the recent sale of our house. Richard in particular was great. He kept us informed when we went up on the market, and ensured we got timely feedback.

Well what an absolutely amazing experience our day at the brewery was. From start to finish we we entertained with great knowledge of services products and resources for this fabulous company.
This was a jammed 3 hours of fun and laughter.
We created our own vodka for our upcoming wedding 💒 met some fantastic people and went on to the thirst bar for a complimentary drink 🍹 All in all the value for money was impressive for sure!
We will definitely be returning! Can’t wait!

Thank you so much to our DJ Paul from Devoted Events who helped make our wedding evening so much fun! There were plenty of people on the dance floor at all times, which speaks for itself. Paul even played a couple of Iranian songs for a few Iranian guests which went down a treat!
The rustic DJ booth worked so perfectly in the venue, Colville Hall, and we hired some rustic light up “LOVE” letters and poseur tables to add some subtle and interesting lighting.
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Devoted Events

I cannot recommend Balgores enough. Yes, they cost slightly more, but their service is truly unmatched. From getting my property on the market to booking viewings, everything was very easy, and they accommodated our schedule.
Samantha, our sales progressor, was phenomenal. She kept us updated with any changes and made sure the chain was informed every step of the way. She was definitely the reason our sale went through, and I am very thankful to her.
I would recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.

Balgores in Chelmsford sold my house in a tricky market. In particular Sam & Ellie in the office were brilliant in dealing with the buyer's sluggish solicitor

We always get our pizza from. IL Palazzo, best in Chelmsford, at the restaurant when we can.
Ordered
takeaway tonight from deliveroo and the pizza's were in a total mess. The team at the restaurant made two new pizzas free of charge.
Fantastic service and a great restaurant.
