Hands down the best Italian I've had in a long time. I wish more people would try outside of the usual chains in Chelmsford as I can't imagine anyone being disappointed at the food here. The nduja pasta was delicious, it was the best version of the dish I've ever had and the creme brulee for desert was excellent. I will definitely be coming back.

Plenty of Thyme catered our 120-person wedding dinner. They were brilliant, providing huge amounts of support, advice, and operational support for setup and drinks. The whole event came off brilliantly, and we received nothing but positive feedback from our guests.

We just came here for pizza and wine and what a lovely experience. Proper Italian pizza, catered to our needs (we changed and added items) and the food was lovely. Highly recommend.

First of all Ben was very welcoming. Attended our calls and spoke with us and kept in touch throughout. Answered all of our questions and we had a lot of them but he patiently listened to our queries and answered all of them. Also, the house was maintained well for viewing. The entire team at Balgores was very thorough with their online forms as well, didnt leave anything for us to pinpoint or doubt. Kudos! Keep it up!

I’m a regular customer of Essex Spirits. Great choice of traditional and more exotic Gins and Vodkas. Love some of the specials produced. Encouraging sustainability and using local produce where possible. Refills in pouches give great savings.

Myself & my Husband got married in February 2026 at Mulberry House. We found Devoted events as they’re a recommended supplier of our venue.
They offered such amazing packages that we HAD to book them. They had such a variety of extra’s to make a bespoke package that was amazing for us as a couple. We had 360 video, Photo Booth, Audio book and so much more.
We opted to have a host/MC as well as a DJ included and got Jimmy.
What can I say about you Jimmy. WOW.
You’re a man of pure talent. You’re the most personable, fun and charismatic bloke going. Jack said to me this morning you was a personal highlight for him. (Think it could be because you sang Garage tunes to eachother mid set).
Jimmy hosted the day and when I say he went ABOVE and beyond for us to the point he made sure we never had empty drinks. He engaged every guest at our large wedding with games which went down so well. Jimmy was also our DJ and I have to say, the dance floor was packed.
Jimmy got in on some inside jokes and made it that much more personal with some ‘Jess Glynn’ references and High School Musical tunes!
Caroline is one of the nicest ladies going. She helped out with the photobooth and everyone said how much fun they had. The photo book we got was amazing!!
The whole team at Devoted were incredible and our friends and family haven’t stopped going on about them all! They didn’t just make sure everyone had an amazing time but they also joined in on the fun and it was honestly the best thing about our wedding.
We cannot thank the team enough.
