Recently completed a house sale with Balch estate agents. Dealt mostly with Trefor who was helpful and professional throughout the whole process. I have no experience of buying property with Balch but would recommend this company to anyone in the Chelmsford area.

I did start looking for a property around Chelmsford about 3-4 months ago, Balgores was one of the estate agent I had contact with.
They booked for me few visits in a day, to a variety of property just to give me a viewing on the market. They booked me a last but not least one by the end of that day, convinced that it was the one to see!
And they were right, I made an offer for that property, had great support from Balgores to find either a mortgage advisor (David from Mortgage advise Bureau) and a Sollicitors (Kate from Cunningtons LLP Wickford).
The process went very well and smoothly, I am now the happy owner of a property in Chelmsford.
I definitely recommend working with Balgores and more especially with Brad & Will!

Excellent service from Danny in Chelmsford and Suzanne in the Romford branch.
The whole process of buying and selling through Balgores has been seamless. From initial viewing our new property to selling our old property it was 2 weeks! From our initial contact with Balgores to completion was only 11 weeks
We used the Solicitors they recommended to us- AVrillo and they too have been fantastic. Communication from both estate agents and solicitors has been excellent.

Brad and the team have been incredibly helpful with handling the sale of our house. I was always able to contact somebody who knew what was going on with the sale. Brad had some great ideas to make the house more appealing in the current slow market. His dry sense of humour also provided some entertainment on an otherwise serious process. We bought and sold with Balgores. After many unsuccessful attempts to move through other agents and being gazumped (yes! It still happens) twice, we were understandably anxious about the sale going through on our ideal home. Balgores were accommodating to my mutiple requests to view the (empty) property (thanks Allannah), reassured me that everything was progressing as it should and always available to take my many phone calls. They found a buyer for my house in 4 days and had viewings lined up before we when went live with our sale. Thank you Balgores
