After having the house on the market for 15 months with 2 previous agents I swapped to Balgores, and Ricky Nelson did not disappoint me.
He promised he would get it sold and sure enough managed to sell the property within 5 months all contracts exchanged and sorted and for what the property was valued at.
Thank you Ricky, Marie, and the team at Balgores for persisting and getting this over the line for me. Its been a long 18 months or so for me but you made it much easier for me.

The Branch Manage Alannah, was extremely helpful in helping me manage the move, which was seamless and relatively stress free. I also used their mortgage adviser Dan who was very knowledgeable, so from end to end the Balgores experience was professional, transparent and extremely efficient. 5 Stars well earned well done!!
