As always a fantastic service from The Balgores Lettings Team. This is the 2nd time I have used them and both times they were very efficient, responsive to calls, polite and extremely easy process for signing contracts etc. Michael Charles was a breath of fresh air, I never had to chase and he always returned my calls straight away. The flat went onto Rightmove on Monday at 3.00pm and by 4.00pm on Tuesday he had found a tenant. I have another property to list soon and I will 100% be using them again. If your a landlord in the area Michael couldn't come more highly recommended. Thanks Michael, speak soon.

We sold our house last year with balgores and can't fault their service. The viewings were organised and were arranged to minimise causing any inconvenience, they communicated well throughout the process, and were very helpful when dealing with other agents (who were very much less helpful). We dealt with a few people from the Chelmsford office, and all were brilliant.

Had to get in contact with the chelmsford office regards a query with my rental ,and have spoken to Luke a couple of times this week regarding the problem and i must say i dont write many reviews and when i do its normally of poor service etc, but i have to say it was a pleasant change to deal with someone who was very polite and helpful and helped me sort the query out ,so i just want to thank Luke for his help and continue the good work as it gets a 5 star from me.Thank You

I sold my house through Balgores Chelmsford and also purchased our new home through Balgores Chelmsford. We originally tried to sell my house through another estate agents, however the service was extremely poor, no support or communication, we were extremely upset with the service, so we changed to Balgores as I was contacted by Allannah as she was aware of the situation as we were buying through Balgores, she made our selling process hassle free. She/Balgores sold our house off market before it even hit right move. We are extremely pleased with the service we have received from start to finish. Can’t thank Allannah and her team enough. Also, a special mention to Marie who was supportive throughout our process. Highly recommended buying & selling through Balgores. Thank you!
