Charlton Kings Summer Fete takes place on 28th June after such a successful event last year, the first village fete held for many years. Last year’s event was very well-attended and appreciated by all ages in the village. The organisers are looking forward to seeing everyone again this June!
New this year is a visit from the Rusty Alexander – a travelling art gallery in a double decker bus. Also there will be the popular children’s rides, many local arts and crafts stalls, face painting and refreshments. The drinks tent from the Royal Pub will be back to enjoy a drink in the sunshine. Watch displays from local groups as well as taking a look at the children’s art exhibition from local schools.
The summer fete takes place on the Grange Field next to Charlton Kings Library from 12pm-5pm.
Come along for a great summer afternoon!
