Three Peaks with a Twist is a new local fundraising initiative which has been set up by myself, Joanne Hughes and my friend Anna Tarbet, to raise money for three local charities - National Star College, The World Land Trust and Winston's Wish.
We are tackling the might of Scafell Pike, Kilimanjaro and Everest base camp over the next year. In between treks we are running a series of fundraising events across the county. We are paying for the treks and all travel associated with them ourselves to ensure that all money we raise goes to charity but we are looking for support from local businesses to help us with our events.
