Having had a couple of quotes for a new bathroom we felt really comfortable with knowledge and ideas from Blissful Bathrooms of Woodmancote. We knew what we wanted and Wayne helped us with suggestions and ideas to meet the challenge. Our fitter Tony made these ideas happen and we got exactly what we had envisaged even though we were extremely tight for space. Tony has an unequalled attention to detail and the quality of work is exceptional. The electricians also gave us what we wanted. We had a fairly tight but reasonable budget and this was met with high quality bathroom suite and fittings throughout. Although we didn’t choose Blissful bathrooms on price, they were the cheapest by far and would recommend anyone to give them the opportunity to quote. If you need plumbing or electrical work don't consider anyone else. Ian and his team are absolutely fantastic. From coming out at night in the pouring rain to fix our boiler, to sorting out our electrics and putting up shelves, they will always go the extra mile. I wish I could give them more than five stars.

I have had central heating problems for about 7 years now and have had various plumbers out to fix the combi-boiler and also patch the radiators up but not one of them gave me any decent advice on how to properly fix the situation. I googled plumbers in cheltenham and I D Godwin came up, I rang and Ian the owner answered and came over later that day to discuss the problem. I explained the situation and also what I have spent and fixed on the system, as well as I have a wedding to pay for later that year! He said the cheap easy quick fix and the worst case scenario. He spent the best part of 2 hours and also the differences of each fix. In the end I went with a new boiler and radiators because after his very competitive quotation and advice I realised that I had spent nearly three quarters of that over the last 7 years fixing the useless original system. The following day he had his engineer fit my new boiler ready for the weekend so we had heating. Mark was an extremely fast and thorough worker and at around 4pm the system was up and running and he started hoovering and cleaning the room as well as the stairs. Monday morning Mark and Marcus where at the door ready to finish the job off and do the radiators. Once again they worked cleanly and thoroughly, replacing any pipe work along the way to make sure the new system ran perfectly. By about 3pm they had finished and were cleaning once again to make sure that the house was left the way it was when they arrived.

The whole process of choosing the bathroom was very straightforward. John the fitter has done an excellent job. He was courteous, punctual and very considerate. Minimum disruption. Can't recommend highly enough. Wayne kept a close eye on the job as well.
