I have had central heating problems for about 7 years now and have had various plumbers out to fix the combi-boiler and also patch the radiators up but not one of them gave me any decent advice on how to properly fix the situation. I googled plumbers in cheltenham and I D Godwin came up, I rang and Ian the owner answered and came over later that day to discuss the problem. I explained the situation and also what I have spent and fixed on the system, as well as I have a wedding to pay for later that year! He said the cheap easy quick fix and the worst case scenario. He spent the best part of 2 hours and also the differences of each fix. In the end I went with a new boiler and radiators because after his very competitive quotation and advice I realised that I had spent nearly three quarters of that over the last 7 years fixing the useless original system. The following day he had his engineer fit my new boiler ready for the weekend so we had heating. Mark was an extremely fast and thorough worker and at around 4pm the system was up and running and he started hoovering and cleaning the room as well as the stairs. Monday morning Mark and Marcus where at the door ready to finish the job off and do the radiators. Once again they worked cleanly and thoroughly, replacing any pipe work along the way to make sure the new system ran perfectly. By about 3pm they had finished and were cleaning once again to make sure that the house was left the way it was when they arrived.

The whole process of choosing the bathroom was very straightforward. John the fitter has done an excellent job. He was courteous, punctual and very considerate. Minimum disruption. Can't recommend highly enough. Wayne kept a close eye on the job as well.

Blissful Bathrooms installed a completely new bathroom and cloakroom in our house. We are delighted with the result. They dealt with the disposal of all our old equipment and undertook all the flooring, tiling and installation of new suites. The price was competitive and the project finished on schedule. All the staff involved were a pleasure to deal with.

I didn't realise having a new bathroom fitted would be such an enjoyable experience! From my first visit to the showroom, through all the planning and finally to the fitting, it has been a real pleasure. Nothing was too much trouble for either Wayne or Jon my fitter and now I have a transformed bathroom that I shall enjoy for many years to come. Blissful Bathrooms is a company that I can thoroughly recommend.
