We were given really good advice from the outset. Wayne visited us twice before work began. Gareth did the work and left the place clean and tidy. It was a treat each day to come home and open the bathroom door to see what progress had been made. Gareth came in early a couple of times to catch us before we went to work. Wayne kept us informed of any issues which required a change of plan. The transformation to our house is spectacular!

They were immediately responsive and managed to come out the same day. The representative who serviced the boiler and fixed the hot water cylinder was polite and friendly and their costs were very reasonable. Very good value service - I wouldn't hesitate to call them out again.
