Youth Federation (Charity) - investing in young people!
Through numerous direct delivery projects, the team of professional Youth Federation staff achieve outstanding results developing personal skills and providing young people with opportunities that would not normally arise in their day to day lives.
Youth Federation addresses needs by focussing on current issues such as mental health, loneliness, bullying and social inclusion.

We also run two Youth Achievement Foundations offering alternative education provisions to year 10 and 11 high school pupils who have been referred by their school. The foundation develops attitudes and life skills that pupils require to progress in life, building their confidence and encouraging them to aim higher.
As part of the national V Programme, Youth Federation recruit, train and support young volunteers aged between 16-25, sourcing placements and offering awards for volunteer hours worked. In addition to this, we also provide practical support and training to community groups enabling them to run efficiently and within relevant guidelines.
