A NORTH West law firm has bolstered its commercial property team despite ongoing uncertainty in some parts of the regional market.

Chester and Manchester-based Aaron & Partners has hired real estate specialist Emma McGlinchey as a partner in its commercial property team.
Emma was previously a senior associate in the Manchester office of Gateley.

Aaron & Partners chief executive Andy Duxbury believes Emma’s arrival represents a major coup.

Emma, who has lived in Hoole, Chester, for more than 15 years, has been a real estate specialist for more than a decade.  She has acted for a wide range of clients including a discount supermarket chain, office owners and occupiers, a luxury self-catering holiday park operator as well as landowners disposing of sites for development. She joins Aaron & Partners’ flourishing commercial property team, which advises on sales, purchases, leases and other land transactions.Emma said: “Aaron & Partners is a growing law firm with a fantastic reputation across the region.
