Chester law firm SAS Daniels LLP has advised Warrington-based medical and hygiene sector products supplier Ebiox Ltd on a £700,000 fund raising exercise to support its growth plans.
The funds were raised through a private placement and will be used to support the firm’s ambitious growth plans which include developing and strengthening its product portfolio and further geographical sales expansion.
Ebiox produces cleaning and decontamination products for hygiene and infection control and supplies customers across Europe, Northern Africa and the Middle East.
Jeremy Orrell led the SAS Daniels corporate team who advised on the deal.
