It's a really friendly place, the food in the restaurant is absolutely outstanding they really put a great amount of effort in to make you feel happy and the staff are really friendly.

Jason Rogders gives me a personal one to one training session. The sessions themselves are fantastic, Jason always finds ways to push me. He keeps the sessions challenging but still fun. His manner is excellent. The sessions inspire me to push myself between sessions.
