Forever Young? Unlocking Your Health Span with Russell Kane
  • The Goodwood Hotel, New Barn Hill, Chichester
    PO18 0QB
  • Saturday 16th November 2:30pm until 5:00pm
Goodwood Health & Wellbeing is delighted to welcome one of the UK’s best-known stand-up comedians, Russell Kane and his entrepreneur wife, Lindsey, who have turned their passion for increasing people’s health spans, as well as their lifespans, into a rapidly growing business called JOLT.

On Saturday 16 November 2024, Russell and Lindsey will sit down with Goodwood’s clinical nutritionist, Stephanie Moore, to talk about how, eight years ago, in the midst of his incredibly demanding tour schedule, Russell began to realise that he would have to make some changes to his life in order to maintain the energy needed to meet the demands of touring as well as keeping his creativity levels high, especially as he got older.

Russell and Lindsey became interested in a new emerging science which seeks to fight back against the ageing process. Teaming up with Russell’s childhood friend Daniel, who spent a decade in medicine, as well as NHS GP, Dr Hussain Al-Zubaidi, they began to explore health span science, as well as preventative measures and behaviours to help ensure that, whilst we may be numerically older, there’s no need to feel those numbers adversely. Since then, their new business has gone from strength to strength.

Join Russell, Lindsey and Stephanie at The Goodwood Hotel for a very special afternoon of conversation as they expand on how they founded JOLT, how they approach the ageing process, how gut health is key to a healthy lifespan and, of course, a whole heap of quick-witted hilarity too.

Ticket revenue generated from this event will be donated to Russell and Lindsey's chosen charity, The Samaritans.
