Devision IDS advised us and helped us as a start-up business in 2005 and we have used them ever since. Due to their expertise, knowledge and ability to react quickly to our requirements, we have been able to continue concentrating on our business with the peace of mind our IT is being supported behind the scenes. We have found their approach to be freindly, honest, simple and straight to the point and with their "remote log-in & fix system", it makes life very easy for us.

Having experienced frustrations with remote access and Exchange not functioning correctly, we sought your assistance in solving these issues which were proving very difficult to overcome. Thank you so much for the fantastic new laptop you got for us. When Dean mentioned you to us, we never thought we would be able to get something so modern with everything we really wanted on it. We only had a low budget and so weren't expecting to get anything so special, and to get it so quickly as well. The children are really enjoying it.

Thank you for the helpful and efficient way you dealt with the repairs to my daughter's laptop computer that we bought from you in May. The staff at Devision were friendly and helpful and kept us informed as to what was being done to the computer and when it would be returned. It was hand delivered a day earlier than expected in full working order with all the hard disc information restored. We couldn't ask for better service. Thank you once again.

Over the years we have had excellent and personal service. The team realise that in this day and age IT equipment and software are the lifeblood of any organisation, large or small, and Devision have never failed to solve any issue that we may have had and get us back up and running in the shortest period of time. The customer service has always been first class and I am confident that they will come up with the best and most cost effective solution available, no matter if that is a simple PC upgrade or the installation of a complete site networked system, it is all done with the minimum of fuss, intrusion and most of all "down time".
