Jerry has refurbished our bath room and our shower. He did all the plumbing and tilling and the finished job was briliant. Further more he respnded quickly when we had an emergency with our water tank. Thanks Jerry!

We used Jerry for the first time last year to put in a complete central heating unit and we are absolutely delighted with the outcome. He provided a comprehensive and reasonable quote and completed a thorough investigation of the property before advising us on the best layout of the radiators and piping.
He started and finished when he said he would, he was efficient and very clean. I did not have to tidy up behind him and his colleagues. His aftercare service is second to none. He would come soon after we called him and solve the problem as quickly as possible at no extra cost. He even did a few extra jobs for us at the same time as the heating, which he was not planning on doing.
We would highly recommend Jerry to anyone and it is a pleasure to find a reliable plumber in a world of cowboys!!

We have used Parnell Plumbing and Heating many times over the last few years and have always been completely satisfied with the work. During the recent cold snap our boiler broke down. I called Jerry in the morning and despite a busy schedule he found time to call in later that day and got our heating back up and running. Boiler broke down just before Christmas when it was snowing and frezzing. Jerry came out within 2 hours and fixed it within 30 mins from spares he carries in stock. Great service.

Imagine coming home after spending Boxing Day with the family and finding your house like a sauna and water everywhere. Well it happened to me yesterday. No worries I will call the insurance, was promised a call back within four hours. Five hours later no call, called them and they said they can’t get to me until sometime the next day, but we could if we wanted find our own plumber. Called Jerry at 1645 and told him of my situation, he said he was going out in a couple of hours but would come round and see what he could do. An hour later all was fixed and the pipe was replaced. All I can say is top tradesman, very reasonable priced and always goes the extra mile for his customers, would fully recommend him for any emergency and any plumbing /heating jobs.

Jerry was great in doing the annual service on our unvented water cylinder. He arrived at the appointed time, did the job, ordered the parts required, and finished the job in the time allotted. Fast, efficient and he CLEANS UP after himself! Very reasonable prices, great job. We would recommend him to our friends.

The first time we used Jerry was two years ago, about a week before Christmas, when our boiler broke down. After phoning a couple of local plumbers who did not want to know, Jerry agreed to call in on his way home as we live on the same estate. He did a temporary fix on the boiler and then came back and fitted a new part before Christmas; we were really grateful. This year we decided to have a new boiler. We rang Jerry, he came round very promptly, gave us a quote which we accepted and the job was done about two weeks later. He was quick, efficient and even hosed down the outside wall to get rid of the brick dust where the new vent was sited. We were really pleased with the work, the way the house was left clean and tidy and last but not least the great price!! We would not hesitate to recommend Jerry.

Jerry was very reliable, quoting as requested, arriving when arranged and even gave us a pre-fitting visit to discuss needs with our builder. The boiler was replaced, pipework moved to requirements and the advice was superb. He was very neat and tidy and the whole system had a good cleaning swill which should mean we will not see Jerry in his professional capacity for many years, which will be a shame. However, he is a good dancer so I'm hopeful there!

I met Jerry Parnell by chance as he was dealing with my next door neighbour. We got on from day one and after fitting a new boiler for our central heating system, we asked him to fit two new sinks and three new taps. All these jobs were completed to a very high standard, on time and he honoured his fixed quote or estimates. His attention to detail is exceptional and he is capable of working out and correcting any problems that occur along the way. Great overall satisfaction with the whole experience. Gerry Parnell did an excellent job of refurbishing our ensuite about 18 months ago. Additionally, he services our home boiler on a regular basis.
