I had been smoking for over twenty years (up to 15 a day recently) and had at various times tried to give it up, sometimes with patches and sometimes without, but I always found that I had urges again and the moment I had a beer or a coffee the craving would instantly come back. After just one session with Hilary I have hardly ever even thought about smoking, the cravings have completely gone (far better than using patches), I feel much better and I'm really pleased with myself, although it should be Hilary I'm really pleased with!
