You can now compost all your food waste (except tea bags) in a kitchen composter using Bokashi bran as a compost activator. This includes prepared foods, cooked and uncooked meats and fish, cheese, eggs, bread, coffee grinds, fruit, vegetables and spent flowers. The process does not produce smells or attract flies and can be safely kept in the kitchen.
