My mother died in 2007 and she had her affairs managed by your Company, as did my father before his death. In fact, it was yourself that came to my brother's house and went through the paperwork etc. with us all.
I have recently been in touch with your Company again, on my brother's behalf, over my mother's estate and this letter is just to say thank you and to commend you on your staff.
I had cause to telephone your Company with an enquiry and teh receptionist took my name and number and informed that Cheryl would telephone me later on in the day to assist me. This she duly did, indeed, I was surprised to find her working so late into the evening and fully expected the return call the following day. I would like to say how kind, sympathetic and helpful she was when I explained my query and my brother's circumstances. Cheryl dealt with my enquiry very speedily, kept me fully informed of any progress and indeed, this letter testifies to her efficiency as I have enclosed the receipt paperwork and cheque to cover your Companies costs for postage etc.
I made enquiries with Cheryl as to whom she reported to as I wanted to give her some positive feedback and your name was put forward, with this in mind, would you please pass on my thanks to her again and also many thanks on my brother's behalf for alleviating one of his worries.
