Prepare to gather in Lloyd Park, Croydon on the 22nd July for this year’s Race for Life - not just a flagship event for Cancer Research UK but an event brimming with fun, inspiration, support and hope.
Old favourites Wallace and Gromit are once again urging the nation to don The Wrong Trousers in an Olympic special. Red white and blue; perhaps go for gold; or a spot of athlete's Lycra – the wronger you get it, the righter it is!
In order to tackle extreme poverty, we need to understand it – living for just a few days below the poverty line can give a far greater insight than televised appeals and newspaper images. Is Croydon willing to give it a go?
