I know it might seem like early doors yet, but if you want to stick yourselves firmly in your clients minds, you need to send them something personal, if not memorable, at Christmas.
Nothing says 'I value you' more than a hand-written posted card - research shows that a high percentage of people who receive an emailed e-card would rather the sender hadn't bothered. I for one almost feel the same about a posted one with a printed 'signature' or no mention of my own name / company in there.
