Writing your Will may seem like it's all wrapped up in legal speak - and you wouldn't be too far wrong. But a recent case highlights just how important absolute precision is.
There was the case of how a clerical error where three crucial words weren't included in a man's Will meant that the High Court had to be involved to remedy the situation (click here for full details of the case).
What three words could possibly be so important... they were 'to my wife', so indeed pretty crucial!
What it meant was that the relevant part of the will did not properly identify a beneficiary, leaving thee man's widow facing the prospect of potentially losing her home.
