We're always hearing how Young People Today don't have enough to do, or Don't Know The Value Of Life. But outside of our own families, how many of us actually do anything about it?
Croydon Council have set up a new project called Loops, in conjunction with Participle. The Loops project aims to put young local people in touch with organisations and professionals who can get them involved in activities or share experiences they wouldn't normally have the oportunity to do.
Loops is looking for organisations and individuals in Croydon who would be willing to share their time and experience with youngsters in the area.
It's a fantastic oportunity for mentors and kids alike - in these things it's rarely just the youngsters who learn something about themselves.
