I've just ordered my turkey from Wingham Country Market. They rear their own organic turkeys and we've had them at Christmas for the last three or four years. They're delicious and I love that they've been raised locally in good conditions. I don't mind paying a bit more for that quality and knowing that I'm supporting a local, family-run business rather than a big monolithic corporation.
