At this time of year most of us have set goals for weight loss and improved health, but how do we monitor the results? Feeling better is one of the most important, but for me a Body Composition Analysis is essential.
Body composition analysis provides you with information on the weight you are losing i.e fat, muscle or water, which will allow you to adjust your exercise/nutrition accordingly!
