I visited Baby Smiles on 04 September 2008 with my daughter who is expecting her first child. What an absolutely wonderful shop - nothing is too much trouble for Brian and he takes advice and health and safety matters for parents and babies very seriously. No pushy sales techniques in this shop - oh no, just good old fashioned ʼtake your timeʼ service. What a find - I for one will return quite a few times before and after my grandbaby is born.

This business is truly exceptional you wont recieve a better service else where i have posted a review with only highly recommended by mistake and that is an under statement by far!

i am a first time mum and just didnʼt know where to start with all the baby talk!! i just didnʼt realise how much there is to get and the importance of a lot of it for example a very safe child seat! i can only thank Brian so very much for all his personal effort in helping me ensure we had everything we needed for our son and i also live in Grimsby and when i said id never fitted a car seatʽ nothing was too much hassle as they come through and do it for you! all that hassle and stress gone resulting in a worry free pegnancy for me :).
The service i recieved is so much appreciated and could not be matched by any baby store around Grimsby and with your prices being so reasonable and your range so nice i can only say your very under rated.

We were really pleased with this shop. they were helpful with all the family when we were getting all the things we wanted for our little girl and there prices were very good and we will go back there again.
