Sir, one of the last great, but dying breed of English actor-managers, is taking Shakespeare to the provinces. Tonight it's Lear - or is it Othello? Or perhaps he's just getting too old and forgetful for any of it? Only faithful, insignificant Norman, his personal dresser, seems able to hold him together at all these days.
The Dresser is a funny, wonderfully observed portrait of a once great classical actor and entrepreneur, now gone to seed, and the man who sacrifices everything to keep him going.
Join us at St Peter's Church in Netherton from 13th-16th March for a dramatic night of theatre!
