How Good Are You at Recycling?
Did you know that 18 of Scotland’s 32 Local Authorities managed to recycle more than 40% of municipal waste – the target set by Ministers for the end of this year?
Dundee and Angus were two of the successful councils with Dundee recycling 44.6% and Angus 43.2%! It was hailed a “Fantastic Achievement” by the Environment Secretary Richard Lochhead.
Dundee City Council is encouraging all businesses and householders to reduce, re-use and recycle waste – so if you are not yet into the recycling habit, why not start right now.
