Signing up to EHM 2014? Do it in December!
The Ealing Half Marathon, which took place for the first time in the Olympic year, will be back for the 3rd time in 2014 with a confirmed date of Sunday 28th September 2014.
For every runner who signs up in the Christmas month we will donate £2 to the Ealing Churches Winter Night Shelter. They do great work helping the homeless and vulnerable at a time most people spend with their families.
With two thirds of our early bird places having sold out, you can still grab yourself a reduced rate place while helping to raise money for this good cause.http://www.ecwns.org.uk/home/.
The Ealing Half Marathon 2013 saw over 4,000 runners cross the finish line in Lammas Park and new course records were claimed with winner Matthew Kiprotich Kimutai from Run-Fast completing the course in 1:04:33 and Gladys Ruto securing a new women’s course record in 1:15:28.
The Ealing Half Marathon starts and finishes in West London’s Lammas Park with the race, retail and charity village at its heart. The 13.1 mile single lap course takes in parts of Central Ealing, Montpelier, Pitshanger, West Ealing, Hanwell and St Stephens before returning to Lammas Park.
Public places cost £32 for affiliated runners and £34 for unaffiliated runners, and all finishers receive a distinctive medal and an online e-goody bag after the race. A limited number of Early Bird Places are available, giving runners £5 off the standard entry fee.
