Boosting the immune system

It is very easy at this time of year to catch a cold or flu like symtoms, but sometimes we can dismiss  bodily early warning symptoms of something more serious.

It may be a good idea to see a nutritionist, to check for allergies, digestive problems and  adrenal functioning. The adrenals gradually wear out with over exposure to stress, causing eventual fatigue problems. Stress symptoms can be tackled with hypnotherapy, and the Chrysalis Effect program can tackle chronic fatigue.  We can stay well by using products -

Vitamin C; This is useful in preventing colds, at 500 to 1000 mg a day

Selenium; Found in Brazil nuts, five will provide enough for a day

Probiotics(good bacteria) to undo thge damage of bad bacteria and yeasts.
