Northfields are committed to providing a market leading service and have opted to take part in the 2011 Landlord Insights survey. They are calling upon all landlords who have rented property through them to take part.
This is a national survey looking at the standards and service that landlords expect. The survey is managed by a third-party meaning that answers are completely confidential and Northfields will not see any individual responses. No personal data will be taken for the survey.
