Register now for FREE tickets to Olympic Torch relay event in Walpole Park

Did you know that there is a big party planned for Walpole Park on Tuesday 24th July when the London 2012 Olympic Torch relay comes to the borough of Ealing?

Starting in Northala Fields the flame will travel through the streets of Ealing arriving in Walpole Park where a cauldron will be lit.

Rapper Loick Essien has been announced as the headline act for this event and there will be other musical and acrobatic performances from 5.30pm to 7.30pm, The event is organised by Torch Relay sponsors Coca-Cola, Lloyds TSB and Samsung.

Tickets, available on a first-come-first-served basis, will be released at 10am on Tuesday 8th May. If you would like to attend the Walpole Park event you need to apply for tickets NOW by registering your interest on the Ealing council website www.ealing.gov.uk/register. You will then get a link enabling you to apply on Tuesday.
