When AirTight visited for what in our eyes was a routine maintenance call for our alarm system, little did we know that the system upon which we had relied over the the past two years had not been properly installed and commissioned. Their thorough review of the protection provided, repositioning of sensors, re-programming of the controls and reccomendations on how the system could be improved added real value to the service they provided.

I would like to place on record my thanks to Paul and Adrian of Airtight Security Systems Limited.
Airtight have been contracted for two separate tasks within our building and both have been carried out with the upmost of professionalism and efficiency. Initially, Airtight were asked to install CCTV cameras to the read of our building to act as a deterrent for undesirables loitering in our car park. The system was up and running quickly and signs were provided to act as an additional warning.
Additionally, Airtight are now responsible for the monitoring and maintenance of our alarm systems. Paul and Adrian provide a very proactive service and give recommendations for improvements to systems where required.
The pricing structure for their service is very competitive and all works were carried out to a high standard with minimal disruption to those working within our building.
I will continue to fully recommend the services of Airtight to both my business contacts and individuals with a residential alarm system.

Moving to AirTight was an excellent decision as not only were they able to match the price of our previous supplier, the service level is much better. AirTight immediatley identified two problems with our system that if we had made a claim on our insurance, we would of not been covered.
