Based in a repurposed apple store on an East Sussex orchard with over 15 apple varieties, they draw endless inspiration for their innovative creations.
The company's hot air balloon logo and strapline, Cider with Altitude, reflect a family legacy of ballooning. Matt is a third-generation pilot, following in the footsteps of his grandfather David and father Martyn. Keep an eye out for an Ascension balloon gracing the skies over Sussex soon.
